Best woodcutting experience I’ve had at a Home Depot. Denzel is super helpful with making sure your lumber needs are handled efficiently and with excellent customer service. Jade is a super helpful cashier and made sure my transaction was handled. Other staff were also happy to answer questions, but these two went above and beyond with what I needed, which is impressive considering they are currently short on staff.

As a property manager, I visit Home Depot frequently, especially during tenant turnovers. This location has become my go-to store because the staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Lina. She is always cheerful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. No matter how busy the store is, she greets people with a positive attitude and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Her excellent customer service is one of the reasons I continue to choose this Home Depot location over others. Thank you, Lina, for your outstanding service and dedication. It is truly appreciated.

From the moment I walked into The Home Depot, I was impressed. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The store was clean, organized, and stocked with everything imaginable for home improvement projects. What could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for quality products, helpful employees, and a store that values its customers, Home Depot is the place to go. This is how shopping should feel. Highly recommended!

Last Sunday I had one of those frustrating car moments when my battery suddenly wouldn’t start. It was actually the second time this happened to me, and I felt a little shy about asking my housemate for help again because I didn’t want to keep bothering them. So I decided to stop by the Home Depot in East Palo Alto across from IKEA before going home to see if I could find a solution on my own. When I arrived, I ask where is the jump starter area to an associate named Mr. Andy, told him about my battery issue, and instead of just pointing me to a product, he took the time to explain the difference between a jump starter and a battery charger/maintainer. I honestly had no idea they served different purposes, and his explanation helped me understand exactly which tool I needed for my situation. I really appreciated how patient and clear he was. Thanks to him, instead of buying right away the device he suggests to do a research first before buying it, also I learned something useful about car maintenance. The associates working in that aisle were also very friendly, approachable, and willing to help customers. Great customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Mr. A

This Home Depot is clutch when you need materials fast. Good inventory, easy parking, and it’s usually quick to get in and out. I like having the Pro Desk available when I’m running multiple jobs and need to keep things organized. Returns are straightforward and the store stays pretty efficient compared to a lot of big-box locations.
